2021 Year End Message

Dear SWCA Home Owners,

The Board would like to thank you for all you do to make our community a safe and friendly place to live. We are proud to live in this community and look for to another great year ahead of us.

2021 was busy for us and we accomplished quite a few improvement and maintenance items during the year. You can see the highlights in the Annual Meeting slide show that is available on our website. www.southwindhoa.com.

The board members do not monitor the Next Door App, so we ask that you not you this app to contact us. As we move into 2022, we are hopeful things continue to improve which will allow us to go back to having the community events that we have held in the past. However, we can not do this without volunteers from the neighborhood. If you would like to volunteer, please reach out to us.
