Southwind Community Association 2015 Annual Meeting

The Southwind Community Association Annual Meeting for 2015 was held on Tuesday, 8 December at Martha Reid Elementary School. Fortunately, between residents physically attending the meeting and proxy votes sent in, we are able to exactly achieve the 63 attendees required to pass quorum and conduct the meeting. The primary purpose of the annual meeting is to elect new Board members. We had three 2-year positions open and congratulations to the following residents who were elected to the Board: Ron Erickson, Nathan Tave, and Casey Lewis.

There was a lot of information presented at the meeting to include the Arlington Police Department as guest speakers to discuss crime in our community, Southwind Meadows status, a discussion of Board responsibilities and accomplishments, and Association finances.
