Nation Night Out 2015 A Great Success
NNO was a huge success! We had 7 chili entries. 1st place winner (#4) – Kim and Gerald Whipple, 2nd place (#1) – Cheri Stephenson, 3rd place(#2) Marilyn Malinowski. All the entries were excellent..Thanks to all who entered! The teens/tweens and little ones “danced till they dropped” and prizes (by audience vote) were rewarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The kids enjoyed the inflatable slide and everyone enjoyed sno cones. Ray Olsen of the Arlington Police Department stopped by and gave out Slurpee coupons and “badge stickers.” He said our turnout was one of the best of the NNO’s he visited. The fireman/fire truck also stopped by for a visit. Everyone had a good time! Thnks to Kim Dennis and the Activities Committee for making this happen in our community.
