Uniformed Security Guard at Pool

We will have a uniformed security guard at the Southwind pool provided by Texas Industrial Security during the following dates at times:

Saturday June 27 12-6pm

Sunday June 28 12-6pm

Saturday July 4 12-6pm

Sunday July 5 12-6pm

You should have received an email blast from Classic Property Management or seen an article on the www.southwindhoa.com website that discussed an increase in complaints from residents over violations of pool rules. The article also discussed full time monitoring of the pool as a potential solution; an expensive approach that would require an increase in community assessments. Should complaints concerning the pool significantly increase or a serious incident occur, we want to be ready with a potential solution. Therefore we decided to do a trail run with a monitoring service over the next two weekends to evaluate its effectiveness. The cost will be around $600 for this service.
