Pool Opening Date Postponed

The pool was scheduled to open on May 16th, but is being postponed to a future date to be announced. The issue is that the drain covers are required to be replaced per state law and will not pass inspection without it. The covers are on back order, and should arrive in a few days. Once here, the pool must be drained to replace them and will also be power washed to remove residues that could affect allowable chemical levels during the open season. Once the pool is filled and the water treated, an inspection with the City of Arlington will be scheduled.

We apologize for the delay in opening. Given the unusually cool temperatures and constant rain, this weekend may not have been the ideal date to open the pool. When we do open the pool, we will also hold the pool opening party with hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks. Thanks for your understanding.
